If Love is the common cold give me a nobel prize cause apparently I am the vaccine
After another fruitless day of college where I fried my few remaining brain cells taking a biology test I've had a lot of time to think. Actually I've had a lot of time to contemplate nothingness, but I've decided to consider that thinking. Anyways I've been wondering about the beauty of love and wondering if love isn't really the beast in the whole thing. How much of life do we live trying to find that one special person who will make our lives content and happy? 50%? 60%? 1%? Well no matter how much the percentage, everyone in this world is driven to find that one person that will make him/her complete. Surprizingly, even with all the searching going on, the people that have actually found that one person is pretty damn small. With the increase of divorce rates it seems people have been making a whole lot of mistakes on who is perfect for themselves. People are pretty damn stupid huh... I mean I guess I can imagine making one mistake, but you'd think people would fucking learn after the third of fourth. Goes to show you how smart evolution has made us. Wasn't there a time when people actually tried to make marriage work? Hmmm na, it was probably just in those black and white movies that people watch and be like "awww I wish my marriage could have been like that...". Get with it you damn nostalgic people! Go get married, cheat on your wife, and get your divorce already. Am I saying this is the way things should be? Hell no. I'm with those old black and white movies that have mom and dad procreating two wonderful children that say "golly gee" and get their mouthes washed out with soap for saying "Oh Heck" (pardon my french). Those were the golden years in my mind. When love lasted forever just because the idea of "cheating" wasn't a concept people grasped. Love is now cheapened to the feeling that you have for someone on Valentines Day and Christmas. How beautiful... I mean seriously, how can I ask for everlasting companionship when I get a card that says "I Love You" and a box of chocolates that I am, of course, forced to share with the one that gave them to me. Woo hoo go evolution! At this rate marriage will be one of those old things that "my grandparents did" back in the 21st century. Why can't people understand that having one true love is what life is about? Is it that they are too scared of getting hurt? To trust someone completely is a scary thing I admit, but the greater the risk the greater the gain right? So you get a little scraped up and maybe you gain a few scars. Life's like that. The best way to learn is through experience and who knows maybe one day you'll find that certain someone. As for me I am still waiting for the Nobel Prize committee to call.

I don't know you. I've never met you, and maybe you are nothing like what comes across in your blog. But from what I understand, you don't believe true love exists anymore. Understandable in this day and age. But let me assure you it does. I don't pretend to know what it is, or where to find it, but I know that it is out there. I hope you find it.
(Incidentally, both males and females release both testosterone and oestrogen...)

I know estrogen and testosterone are in both males and females, just in males testosterone is dominate which gives us our manly features. ALso i do believe love exists. No i haven't just broken up josh. Just saying my views on how hard it is to find true love nowadays
